How to display a self-stored video after clicking an image and have it shown in a lightbox

Dear support team, 
In your demo  http://themes.muffingroup.com/be/hiphop/ there is a play button that when you click it the video is displayed in a lightbox. 
I want the same thing but I want to display a video stored in the media library, and not on Vimeo as in your demo. 
I tried and failed. Please help.
