how to incrase post per page

Please help how to increase the number of posts posted on the site? I have a limit of 9 and anything I type more and writes wordpress does not take values greater than these 9.

To increase the number of posts you can go to theme options>blog,portfolio&shop>blog
and type in your number.

Unfortunately the maximum value that is accepted by wordpress is 9. Enter the higher value and save returns the value to 9. I can not increase in wordpress.

The parent value is the theme setting. I changed and in the options of wordpress itself showed increased value. However, I still can not add more products to the site. I use a muffin builder, I want to add a few more products but after saving the system returns to ten products. I can not add more products to the page.
