Hi

Sometime Video stopped working on safari and older version, iPad too

We use Minimal Demo and just replace the demo video of our own, first youtube then mp4

Please always attach a link so we can check it out. If the page is offline(localhost) then our help will be limited, you will have to contact us when the page is online. Also please make sure that the page is not under maintenance before you provide us the link.

You are checking on a tablet version and the video background sections do not work on mobile devices. You would have to use Revolution Slider.

Hi, I have the same problem as "koen_filgap".

I inserted a video from "you tube" as a background for the slider on the home page of my site http://www.ingrasell.it/, but from Safari can not be seen.

I am attaching attachments.

Also in the other browsers the video is loaded slowly, I would like to know how to immediately start the video without displaying the cover image.

Hi,
if you have inserted the video in RS plugin you will be able to start it automatically. There is also an option to disable the cover mesh. The video is loaded always after the cover image, there is nothing we can do about it.

From the newest version Safari blocks auto play on all videos. This is how Apple likes it.
