The sidebar does not appear on the blog editing page.

I put the content in the widget but in the editing of the layout I can not change it does not appear nothing is all empty

This sidebar is for specefic category only, please go to theme options>sidebar and create a sidebar for your blog page, then use it like you showe on screens.
