Strange CSS Jittering in Chrome

If you use Chrome and visit this demo - http://themes.muffingroup.com/be/press/ - when you scroll down to the bottom and mouse over the social links, it makes the other footer links jitter, it's like they change font-weight briefly and then shift back. I can not figure out what's causing this, do you guys have any ideas?

I checked with a coworker yesterday and he saw it too. We are both on the most recent version of Chrome.

Version 61.0.3163.100 (Official Build) (64-bit)

However, I just checked with another coworker who is on a Mac. His Chrome doesn't have the issue. He's also on the same version of Chrome. It seems to be on on Windows Chrome.

Does this happen when you install this pre-built website using the latest version of the theme on your PC?

Yes, that's how I came across the issue in the first place. I installed the demo and started working on it then noticed the issue in the footer. I wanted to check if it was something I did wrong so I visited the official demo page and noticed that it had the problem too.

Yes, you are right, on chrome and windows this issue is visible. We will fix it and replease this as soon as possible. THanks for pointing this out.
