How add new google font

Hello Ian,

Navigate to theme options>fonts>family and select this font. If it is on google fonts then it will be on this list.

I am trying to add the font - Noto Sans CJK JP however currently it only supports Noto Sans. Is there a way to add this specific font?

What do you mean it only supports this font. Please try to upload all font type files, this may be the issue.

In the font family drop down it only shows "Noto Sans" however what I would like is "Noto Sans CJK JP" which is not included in the drop down.

Please kindly let me know how to upload the font type files, as I can only find for Noto Sans CJK JP only has .otf and .ttc format. Also please let me know if there are other ways to resolve the issue.

Sorry but this has something to do with the font file, maybe just the name is displayed this way and the font is correct ?

Thank you for the prompt reply.

The "CJK JP" is an extension to the "Noto-Sans" font. It supports special Japanese characters. If I only select noto-sans some characters are not being supported.

It's in google font as shown in the link :

https://www.google.com/get/noto/#sans-jpan

Hi,

I dont think that's the issue. I will reinstate the issue as follows:

1. I am trying to add the font 'Noto Sans CJK JP' which is part of the google font

2. In Theme Option -> Font -> Family there is no such font.

As mentioned if it's in google font, it will be on the list however now it's not.

Please kindly advise.

Noto Sans CJK JP is not a part of the google fonts, if you go to google fonts there is Noto Sans but the CJK JP subset is not available.
