Overlap row on top of slider revolution

Hey Guys, I am trying to have a row half overlap the slider revolution I have on my homepage. I have tried using a negative margin in the row which moves it up however the slider revolution is always on top of it. Is there a way I can have this row display on top of the slide so half on the slider and half with the rest of the content on the page?
