Page does not scroll

The website only scrolls using the small side bar.  How can we have add a natural scroll with a touchpad or mouse?

I have tried turning off Nice Scroll under Theme options > Addons & Plugins but so far that hasn't worked and have cleared my cache.

Please help.

    Also, I cannot find the cloud image to remove or replace them. That image can be seen on the home page that came on the prebuilt website.  I've checked all of the muffin builder widgets associated with that content and they show no background image and no background color.

    Hi,
    have you tried changing nice scroll to default? It should work, please try again.
    We do not see any images that you mentioned. Maybe show a screenshot?

    yes i have tried that.  I have to leave it on nice scroll for now so there is at least the side scroll bar.

    This is fixed, that worked...I just had to let it sit for an hour or so and it started working.  thanks!

    Actually, it does not scroll on Chrome browser.  Can this be fixed?  I have redownloaded Chrome to make sure I am using the newest browser.
