Configuration of the page created when a category is added to the menu

Please help me on this since I find no option in the Theme configuration.

I add a category to the menu, for example, "Alemanha". When I click in the menu (http://garotaviajante.com.br/category/europa/alemanha/), I go to a page with the posts under Alemanha category. How can I configure this page?
I want to remove the bar showing "Filter by - Categories -Tags - Authors - Show All" and also remove the descriptions under the blog images saying "Semper sollicitudin posuere, lacus tincidunt molestie, nunc posuere sit amet, consectetuer vulputate aliquam tempor tincidunt scelerisque. Vestibulum tempus. Pellentesque habitant morbi tristique mauris magna, gravida." and the "Read More" button.
