Header and menu don't work with SKETCH demo

Hi,
I have made a website with the SKETCH demo but now, I'd like to add a menu... When I choose my menu, only "Creative" works and however, it look like not good... What I have to do to use another style of menu ? Thanks for your help !

from what we see, you have Stack: Center header type set and it looks good.

Hi,
i have the same problem with the same theme.

But i can't place any menu at the top. i would like a RESPONSIVE and top fixed menu than http://restaurant-saisons.com/ when scrolling, but apparently it doesn't work.
And i don't understand what did you say to her: Where i can change my setting?
Can you help me?

@privilege2006 For this demo we used BLANK template. And if you want to display default content like top bar or footer, you need to switch to DEFAULT template. Templates can be changed on the right hand side when you edit page. More details about page templates you can find in the doc http://themes.muffingroup.com/betheme/documentation/#pages (section 4.3)

Hi, I used Default Template and now i have finally my fixed menu, Thanks,

But, why in this menu i can have just a "new page" links? I try to insert my custom link and they doesn't appears on my menu.

You can have any link you want and you can set them up under Appearance > Menus section but please also remember to set up main menu under Appearance > Menus > Manage locations section.

I named my  menu  "main menu" it consists of 5 items. I went in the "position management" is I set the menu in the various sections. despite what appears still just only one voice: home. why?
