Site Identity Icon not changing from Be Icon to any new icon

Hello everyone,
The site icon of my website sometimes shows "Be" and sometimes show my new icon. I tried fixing it going into the customize -> Site Identity -> Site Icon.
Changed the icon to "my icon" but I still see the Be icon on the identity bar sometimes randomly.
Any solutions??
