hi how do I add a google map in the place where the featured image goes in the Header?

Ie instead of haveing a slider I want to see google map a the top of the frame, thanks

Hello!

There is a sollution but we do not recommend it. The maps goes under the menu and since both layers are clickable it can cause some problems. If you still want to check it out, pplease send a link to this page.

You would have to go to theme options>header&subheader>header and set the style of the header to transparent. THen the map will go under the menu and it will be visible.
You can also set the transparency option in theme options>global>general.

yeah cool, I understand that. What I'm asking is where do we put the code for the google map so as it shows in the header area? Thanks

You would have to make the header transparent, either by selecting the transparent header style or setting the header transparent in theme options>global>general.

Then create a section in the muffin builder and edit it to set the style to full width.

Place the map using our map and set the desired height.
