I figured it out. I had to go to Theme Options > Addons & Plugins > Premium plugins, and change all the dropdowns, save, then put them back to the option for bundled.
But when I install any plugins through the BeTheme > Install Plugins page, they install successfully, but I get this message:
Warning: sprintf(): Too few arguments in /home/digino/public_html/wp-admin/includes/class-bulk-upgrader-skin.php on line 154
Please send us WordPress dashboard access privately thru the contact form which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact and we will check what might be the reason.
