Read More link not going to post on Blog item

Hi,

Latest version of BeTheme and I have an issue now where the "read more" button doesn't link to the blog post. The title and image do but the read more button just links back to the page on which the Blog Item is placed.

This looks like it is specific to the Blog Item within Muffin Builder, example here > https://learning-employment.com/about/news/

Hello Tom,
Did you set your blog page correctly?
Check it in settings>reading, the blog page should be set as the default posts page.

Hi, I haven't set any blog page as I am just using a page with the "blog" item on the page.

I have set my blog page now and by just displaying the default blog page that works fine. However whenever I use the Muffin Page Builder item called "Blog" to display posts from other categories the "Read more" link doesn't work - you can see an example of this here https://learning-employment.com/apprentices/apprenticeship-case-studies/

The image and the title link just fine but the "read more" link does not, it just links back to the page on which the page builder item is embedded i.e. the one you are viewing the item on.

You have a few issues on the console of the website.

Please disable all the plugins and check again.

Now, blog page isn't working.

This issue can be caused by some plugins, so please

disable ALL of them for a while.

On mine it was the Calendarize it plugin that was causing this issue as it was changing the behaviour of WordPress functions get_permalink() and the_permalink()

I can't remember what we did to resolve it though :-(
