Add Related Projects on Portfolio Pages

Hi, I have Portfolio items on my website. On each portfolio page I would like a "related projects" section (like there is on a blog post). There is a section in the BeTheme Options that gives the option for this, and I have it turned ON. But, there still isn't any related projects on the portfolio pages.
