Icon loads as a Chinese symbol?

Before the page completely loads the icon is showing as a Chinese symbol?

Is there any way of changing this?

We checked on all browsers and it works fine, please try to disable cache plugins, check if you do not have any server cache enabled and delete the browser cache as well.
