PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) Downloading Bundled Premium Plugins in v.20.7.2.1
Hi,
I read a lot about this error, but I was not able to solve it. Our server has enough memory, enough disc space and all requirements in "system status" are green and checked, but I am not able to install the plugins at all because of the error in the title. Plugins from the WP repo and manual uploads are working. cURL is ok and TCP dump showed no anomalies.
Could you please give me support?

there might be few different reasons, why you get this error and this has nothing to with the BeTheme itself. Below, we list some most probably causes:
- there is not enough memory on server side and only your admin/hosting provider will be able to check this in logs
- your server might not support uploading different files than .zip format
- there is not enough space on the disc of your server
