Alt Tags for Images

Is there a way to stop BeTheme from looking for alt tags in the Muffin Builder and have it ONLY look in the WordPress Media Gallery? We have a small site with only about 30 images max, and they all have alt tags. However, when we run a site audit, none of the images are showing up as using alt tags. These are images from Image boxes and the logo for the website. 

Please help! This is actually an issue that affects all of our websites, and we do not want to have to go through the muffin builder and add alt tags that way - it's far too slow and time consuming!
