Since my website is an onepage site, I have set this up so if I click on a menu item example achievements, the site jumps down to achievements because I own this ID.
If I click on a menu item at the bottom of the site, example imprint, then this is a separate site. From here I can not click on the top menu items such as services, except the home page.
Okay but the main problem is that we cannot find the imporint button anywhere. This is why we asked for screenshots. Please provide them. Use services like snag.gy or pasteboard.co
Since those are one-page links they will not work on another page, what you need to do is to make a different link structure, so for example: /#work - this will scroll to the #work section ID /home#work - this will open the home page and scroll to the #work ID
So what you need to do is to use this menu only in the home page (the same that you have now), and select is as a custom menu in page options. For all other pages use a primary that will first go to the home page and then scroll.
As soon as the user changes the page, clicks on the link in the footer, the one-page links will not work. How would they work if the page that they are currently on do not have any ID's added to section?
This is why you need to create a sepaerate menu to redirect the user to the previous page and scroll to the section.
Then create a custom menu. I have run out of ways to explain this. Why cannot you create a separate menu? Just go to appearace and create a menu, use custom links to do this. Then edit the page and set the custom menu for this page only in page options.

where is exactly the imprint button? I cannot find it.
thanks
/#work - this will scroll to the #work section ID
/home#work - this will open the home page and scroll to the #work ID
So what you need to do is to use this menu only in the home page (the same that you have now), and select is as a custom menu in page options. For all other pages use a primary that will first go to the home page and then scroll.
