Updates keep timing out

I have been trying to update my theme on my website and it keeps timing out. 
 Is there something wrong with your site, as it says it is timing out while trying to download the update.  Please help!!

    please go to your FTP, create php file with phpinfo() function inside and send us link to that file privately thru the contact form which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact so we can have a look on your server settings. The problem is probably related to limits but to be sure which one is the reason, we need that link.     I have the same issue with MANY BeTheme installations. I have previously sent you the phpinfo page and gave you login credentials to one of the web sites. At that time, you came back with the answer that it was DEFINITELY NOT a problem on my end, that it must be something on Muffin Group's end. I was told that the engineers would look into it and get back with me. It has been several months, and I have still not heard anything back. We are still having the problem.

    For reference, this particular site is running version 20.5.3 and we were trying to upgrade to 20.7.3. This is a fresh install with ZERO plugins running (outside of the ones bundled with BeTheme).

    This error also occurs when trying to install or upgrade any of the premium plugins bundled with the theme.
