All Muffin Builder Deleted when I updated BeTheme

Hi there

My website: http://kpsdigitalmarketing.co.uk/

I recently tried updating the website via FTP.

I downloaded the new files and uploaded them where they should be in FTP.

BeTheme updated but all the content I built in Muffin Builder has been deleted.

I got our hosts to completey restore our website before I had updated BeTheme, but all the Muffin Builder files are still deleted.

Please help!

Is there any way I can get a backup of the Muffin Builder files?

How can I get the content I created in Muffin Builder back as 95% of our website has been deleted. :(
