Returning Customer Appearing twice on Checkout

As per the title the message for Returning Customer in the info box is appearing twice on the checkout page.

Can you let me know where to edit to remove the extra one.

Hi,

do you have latest versions of BeTheme and WooCommerce installed? We suggest to remove theme and plugin files via FTP completely and then upload the newest versions once again.

Hi there,

Yes both the theme and woo commerce are on the latest versions. I downloaded the files directly from themeforest and installed them.

What else do you suggest?

We see that you are using a child theme, have you done any modifications by yourself?
Also, please disable all plugins other than woocommerce and check it out again.

Only one modification in the child theme which is related to hiding some tabs in Woo Commerce, just basic css, nothing major.

Okay, are you running additional plugins for woocommerce, it looks like woocommerce and the form are both generating the same messages.
