I cannot scroll from text to visual even turn off additional settings

Hi,
I have updated my theme and all of the plugins to the latest version, but I cannot use the text block in visual composer as normal. It seems the visual in visual composer didn't working. I can only see the html code, but cannot change into visual. And I also turn off the turn off the option "Enable full-height editor and distraction-free functionality" in the screen options, but it makes no sense. Please help me find out the reason. Thank you!
