Cannot click anything on the Muffin Builder editor

Hi,

I just installed the theme with a demo and I cannot click anything on the muffin builder while I am editing a page in my Wordpress website. Also, when I try to use the WPBaker editor, nothing shows up, it never loads the page.

I tried with both Chrome and Firefox (Mac), same result. Also tried changing the PHP version, nothing worked.

What can it be?

Also tried to de-activate every plugin, nothing works. Please solve this asap.

Hi,

This is a confirmed WordPress core bug:https://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/42574. “MediaElement upgrade causing JS errors when certain languages are in use e.g de_DE-formal”.

The issue applies to any language file in this format: de_DE-formal.

To resolve this, change the WordPress Core to the regular format: de_DE by changing the language in the WordPress admin area (Settings > General). For example, if currently set to “Deutsch (Sie)” instead select “Deutsch”.

We tried to set it to multiple languages, it still didn't work. What else can we try?

There have been a update from wordpress, can you please updat the wordpress version to the newest.

We updated Wordpress to the latest version and purged the cache, nothing changed

Please go to your FTP, create a php file with phpinfo() function inside and send us a link to that file privately thru the contact form which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact so we can have a look on your server settings. The problem is probably related to limits but to be sure which one is the reason, we need that link. Hi,

It's been one month now and we still didn't receive any valid response or help about this.

As we have the urgency to put our website live soon, we will wait one or two working days then share our (negative) experience to the community of Envato and ask for a refund as we never had such problem with any other Wordpress theme.
