Issue with the Revolution Slider

Hi there

I've purchased your theme to built my website lately.

There is a problem on the slide. When you drop from a slide to the other by the nav arrow, a black slide appears. Is this possible to do something to fix this ?

Hi,
we checked and it works fine, the image take a long time to load, try to optimize images and disable some plugins as well.

We really do not see any problems, the slider loads and it changes images fine. There is not black screen.
