Hello
is there a way to display a portfolio in a lightbox without loading a new page?
Or is there a way to open a page/post in a lightbox?

Hi,
yes, it is possible to display portfolio images with prettyPhoto. In Theme options > Getting started > Portfolio section you can select Portfolio Link > Popup image

ok thats good but the whole portfolio with text isn't possible?

It is not possible unfortunately.
