Button flickers after the hover for no reason. How can I fix this?

The 'read more' button towards the bottom does this weird flicker thing when I move the cursor away from it. I tried it with the shortcode button and the element button, same story with both of them.

I've tried to fix it best I know from tweaking the existing custom css but no luck so far.

You guys have been a great help so far, glad I purchased this theme. I appreciate any help you guys can provide. I'm really stuck here.

Sorry but this is how browsers use the transition effect, we cannot do anything about it. We can just disable the transition effect but then you will not hve the smooth color transition.

That's not happening with the 'Get Connected' button at the top of the page though.

Nor on any of the other pages.

There is something else going on here.

Please help because I've tried everything I know.

Yes, but the button on top does not use any transition effects. As we said earlier we can disable them completly.

So the site is just going to look cheap because of those buttons being off?

I'm sorry but this doesn't seem right. So there is no way with css/html/js to change why that bottom button has the flicker?
