menu item IDs exist twice

Hello,
the menu item IDs are the same for the normal menu and for "secondary / responsive menu". How can I get rid of the double IDs because it creates validation errors?

Comments

  • Hi,
you can create a second menu and select is as the mobile menu in theme options>responsive>header
    thanks
  • I don't want a second menu, I want one menu but not twice the same with identical IDs
In options responsive menu is set to default which is ok for me.
But I would've expect this one menu to have its css styles for both ">767" and "<767" and not writing two identical menus into the source code.
  • Sorry but this cannot be changed with css and you would have to code it yourself by editing the theme files, many of them. We do not support direct file changes unfortunately.
    thanks
