Where can I add the image that shows up when I share it on Facebook?

My website is the first one, what I am trying to make it look like is the 2nd one.

I'm sure this is a simple fix. Please let me know how I can change this.

Hello,
Please update to the newest version of the theme and you will be able to select a open graph image in theme options>SEO
