Background text block

Hi, 
i am trying to use a white background behind my text block (within the item in muffin builder). 
But it is displayed transparent.
could you tell me how to get this background?

    attached you find 3 screenshots. 
    text blocks should be with white background. in items in muffin builder there is the option background (hintergrund in german) set white, but it is transparent, not white.

    Did you try to choose another color? It looks like white but it could be transparent.
    Alse check transparency options in theme options>global>general.
