  Just edit this page and turn off the featured image in the page options. If this does not help, use this css:

  .galleries.has-post-thumbnail .single-photo-wrapper > .image_frame {
  	display:none !important;
  }

  Unfortunately it did not work. I inserted the CSS code but then all the pictures are gone, not just the featured image.
  Unfortunately, I have no way to hide the featured image in the galleries. The type gallery is the only one where I have no options. Pages, Posts, etc. but gallery does not work. Nor does this point apply to the Betheme options.
