  What you ask for, requires files customization what in reference to Item Support Policy is not allowed. So if you want to modify files and don't know how, you should contact your web developer. Item Policy says:

  That looks awesome - something I would like to do, but I can't the video post to work at all, and I can't find any documentation.  I tried referencing a self-hosted video and that didn't work.  The example is a video from vimeo but I can't figure out how to add the link.  How do I do it?

  by runtime do you mean the progress bar? Try looking into youtube parameters:
