License file does not contain code to register and activate pre-built website

Hi,

I bought Betheme a while ago, I used to install pre-built website via demo install, simply select the pre-built website name from the dropdown box and install.

Then I downloaded the latest version and when I try to install a pre-built website, it asks me to get a code from the license.txt file, when I open it, there is no code in the txt file, I tried to find the code from themeforest as well but no luck, how should I activate the pre-built website now?

Hi,
just go to your themeforest account and download the theme with all files, there you will find a pdf with your license key.

Hello,

As I mentioned above, I downloaded the latest theme with all files and it contains a LICENSE folder, but there is no pdf nor license key inside.

Can you please provide me with more details?

1. Go to your envato account and click download (top right corner of the page)
2. Find your betheme purchase and clock on download, from there select
"License certificate & purchase code (PDF)", screen: http://prntscr.com/hsw9cs
3. A PDF file will download, if you have problem opening it on your PC then probably something is wrong with the PDF reader on your PC. Try opening it in a browser.
