Make Subheader background transparent & extend 'Featured Image' hight

Hi, Just wondering if this is simple enough to do;

I'd like to make the subheader background transparent and make the Featured or default image extend to where it finishes. Ideally I'd like to have H1 title and breadcrumbs still functional.

Is this possible?

The thing you ask for is a little bit complicated but of course is possible like most things. What you need to do is remove background for lot`s of things and setup background image for body. This can be done only with custom css like below:

#Wrapper { background: none !important; }
#Header { background: none !important; }
#Subheader { background: none !important; }
#Content { background: #FCFCFC !important; }
body { background: url('http://path-to-image'); }

Last thing- I promise...

How can I make The H1, breadcrumbs and phone number/email text all the same color (or transparent as the phone/email icons)?

To do that, you need to use custom css also.

#Subheader .title { color: #000; }
#Subheader ul.breadcrumbs li, #Subheader ul.breadcrumbs li a { color: #000; }
#Action_bar .contact_details li { color: #FFF; }
#Action_bar .contact_details li a { color: #FFF; }

I seem to have now lost the 'Call now', phone, email and social icons. Any ideas?

Probably they are not visible because of colors above. Please change colors to your own and then see.

Ok we see your website and as we see, color for menu fonts works fine. But probably we misunderstood what you mean. That`s why you need to make a screenshot of your website, make necessary changes on image and then send it to us so we can be sure what you mean exactly. For that you can use http://snag.gy

Hey guys,

like smoothunit i have the same problem with a transparent header and subheader. I copied the custom css code but it still doesn't work and stays light-gray. This is my first time spending with wordpress, so im a absolutely beginner. I don't have a child theme.

I really would appreciate your help.

}

    background-color: transparent !important;
