Rev Slider Error : ( Page Not Found ) when click the button in admin panel

Hi, i just installed betheme ( VPN ) , unfortunately i cannot modify my revolution slider. it seems when i click on the "silder revolution" button in the admin page, it directs me to "PAGE NOT FOUND" . i have follow all the instruction while installing it. How can i solve the problem sir?

Hi, this is a fresh installation, no other plugins installed. please, i want a refund as i saw this problem happened to so many others too with no solution until now. How am i going to start working on my website if the main features not working? I'm in hurry to develop this website, and need to purchase other working theme. What should i do for refund step?
