Permalink help!

Hi - currently my blog posts URLs look like this:

I would like them to include blog e.g: http://cartwright.uatserver.co.uk/blog/a-look-back-at-nottinghams-2017-highlights/

Originally I added /blog/ to a custom structure permalink but this also made blog appear in other links, e.g:

Hi,
please make sure you have added the blog page into settings>reading as the default posts page.
