Revolution Slider Error and WPBakery Page Builder disapear

My home page with the slider on it display the message below
Revolution Slider Error: You have some jquery.js library include that comes after the revolution files js include.
This includes make eliminates the revolution slider libraries, and make it not work.
To fix it you can:
1. In the Slider Settings -> Troubleshooting set option: Put JS Includes To Body option to true.
2. Find the double jquery.js include and remove it.

when i try to follow the steps and i go to my Slider setting non of the Tabs on the right seems responsive at all. also all the slider setting buttons does nothing when i click on it. i tried different browsers and different computers still no luck
2nd issue is:
My page builder is no where to be found when i try to edit the page and the message below is shown next to the plugin.
There is a new version of WPBakery Page Builder available. View version 5.4.5 details. Automatic update is unavailable for this plugin. To receive automatic updates license activation is required. Please visit settings to activate your WPBakery Page Builder. Got WPBakery Page Builder in theme?

please try to disable other plugins, it may be that an other plugin is loading jquery.
Also make sure that the theme and plugins are all updated.

2. This is a normal message, the plugins bundled with themes are not premium versions.
