Hi, I'm using a blockquote, but I dont see any options to increase it's font size. If I use h1 or h2 tags, the font I set for the blockquote changes to the font of the heading tag.
You need to enable parallax on mobile in theme options>responsive>general. Make also sure that in theme options>addons&plugins>addons the parallax plugin is set to 'translate3d' This is all that can be done, most of mobile devices do not support parallax at all.
