"myinstalls" when linking a page

Hi, there!

Thanks for a great theme.

I have a question regarding some text that shows when I link my website, on for example Facebook.

It looks like this;

How can I remove that text completely? or change it somehow.

Hi,
please go to theme options>SEO and change the meta description.
Later use the facebook debugger
