All my changes to the theme are gone.
I was in the Theme Options under the Sidebar section setting up the sidebars and didn't like what I had done. So I decided to click on the "Reset to Defaults Button" and when I did it reset everything in the Theme Options area, not just the stuff in the Sidebar section in the Theme Options area. How can I get all my changes back. I've already called my hosting company and had them restore it back to yesterday, but it didn't change anything back.

this buttons reset everything (all options). And before you did it, was popup information if you are sure because this will remove all your settings and you agree. That's why you lost all settings. In this case we recommend to contact with server administrator because only if he got backup, will be able to help you.
