Parallax does not work correctly

Hello! Excuse me for my english! What is going on? When I edit a page with WPBakery pages Builder, Parallax works OK. After the edited Parallax
looks like a normal picture, but when I click the Restore in the browser
and then maximize Parallax starts to work, however, after refreshing
the page does not work again. What is going on?!?!?
