Adding Portfolio Categories to main Menu

Hi - I would like to be able to access the portfolio categories from the main menu. So, for example, if someone clicked on editorial from the main drop down menu, (portfolio>by discipline>editorial) - then all editorial portfolio items would show up on their own page. 

I set up all of the sub categories in the portfolio menu and it automatically linked those categories to the blog - I would like them added to portfolio. Can this be done?
