Video Background is not working on mobile devices

Hey, I have added the mp4 and .ogv videos to work compatibly on the desktop as well as on the mobile device. hence the video is not working on the mobile device while inspecting the code I came to know that .sectio_video class is display: none in the layout.css, hence I commented that line of code from the layout.css file. Still, I am not able to view the video on mobile devices.
