Updates don't work

Hello,
It is impossible for me to update the theme or plugins passing by wordpress which is not practical at all.
The error message seems to indicate that the update folder is empty ...
I have several licenses for your theme and for others it works but I will still check ;-)
The purchase code concerned is: 2906b6be-d6b4-4543-a59g7884

    Yes, but it is in French. 
    Its the same message for each plugin and the theme :

    I just did the test on another website on another host, with another purchase code, and I have the same error message (purchase code : c09c570f-7779e2805) :

    Mise à jour du thème Betheme (1/1)

    Téléchargement de la mise à jour depuis http://api.muffingroup.com/theme/download.php?code=c09c570f-7779-4ad7e9eb8f2805
    Décompression de la mise à jour…
    Installation de la dernière version…
    La mise à jour du thème a échoué.

    Une erreur est survenue lors de la mise à jour de Betheme  L’archive n’a pas pu être installée. Ce paquet ne contient aucun fichier.

    This error "The package could not be installed. The package contains no files." means that you have not deregistered the website before moving. Please deregister it on both domains and register again on the new one. If this is not possible, then please send a request
    thru the contact form which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact
    It is also a good idea to disable all plugins and check again.

    Hi, 
    Sorry, but I don't understand what your asking me to do... 
    I bought 4 licenses for 4 different websites (4 different customers, 4 different domains). So I have 4 purchase codes for 4 independent licenses.
    Why should I deregister them ...? I do not have a new domain, I did not move the website. I have 4 different domains, 1 for each licence.

    It does not mean that this is the issue, ther could be a lot of them.
