Collapse 'Filter by Categories'

Hi,

At the top of the blog you can have the "Filter by Categories" by selecting 'Yes' on the 'Show filters'.

By default, when you open the blog page they are already opened and showing, having the ability to click the cross and collapse them.

Is there a way of having them already collapsed when you open the blog page but able to still open them?

If not is there a way of moving them to the bottom of the blog rather than the top?
