Translation Header CTA & Footer Copyright

Hello, I would like to know how to translate the call to action header.
I'm not using WPLM, I use the Bogo translation plugin, it gives me the option to translate everything except the call to action of the header and the copyright of the footer is there any string / function that allows me to do a manual translation?

Something like :

if "EN" - "Book chat with us"

if "PT" - "Agendar Conversa"

sorry but we do not support this plugin, we recommed using WPML:

Bogo was not tested with BeTheme.

Ok,

I bought WPML, but I still can not figure out how to translate these terms ....

The WPML documentation says that custom terms we have to validate in the documentation of the theme, but found nothing in the bethemme documentation
