distance / space between menu and submenu

Hello guys,

The submenu under 'beleef' -> 'coaching' have a big space between each other, is it possible to either make the submenu dropdown under the button 'coaching' or the set the distance/space between the menu button 'coaching' and the submenu's to zero?
