Mobile version of my site is very poor

Hello !
I'm working over the mobile responsability of my site fin-de-la-rat-race.com and the mobile version of my site is very poor. We can see nothing on the landing page except the name of the page [Links visible only for registered users]. To get the full version I must click on Voir tout le site (Show entire site). How can I correct it ? 
Also in the full version on mobile we can't see the icon of the menu in the left top corner (to make appear the menu I must click on the empty space in this corner) [Links visible only for registered users]. How to the little icon which indicates the menu ?
