De-registration fail

Hi
on the domain: www.starther.info with registration number: 0a0e3601-521a-4ed9-a209-bad507869c83
now I tried to make a de-registration ... but it tells me:
 "Referer domain is different than registered domain. Please contact us using contact form on our Themeforest profile page."

I have tried to re-install the theme from the ftp-client 
 ... it seems - I have had this problem before - course I can see I have made a Envato user

Please help me
