I registered betheme inserting the activation key in the panel. If i insert the key on another domain, the first domani is automatically deactivated?

No, you have to deregister the first theme and after you transfer or remove the theme from the server you will be able to register the same key on another domain.

The key has been stolen, how can we cancel it and obtain a new one?
